As the adults, we have to take the full responsibility of healing our inner wounds and addressing the issues, that rise from the past. They are caused by the programming we received in the childhood. One of the most efficient methods of healing from past traumas is 'travelling back in time' to the moment, when the event that hurt us took place and then carefully analysing it. From my personal experience, what was the most efficient was writing. Writing down my thoughts and feelings on the piece of paper, in the diary, and also in numerous `google Docs files, as well as posting and sharing on social medias, my website and when chatting online with friends and strangers. When writing down and then later looking at what we wrote, we can identify the patterns, and that helps us to see what situations causes us pain and therefore - make changes, either in our behaviour or thinking. Self - analysis helps to zoom out and see our own life from the point of 'third person'. It is pretty eye opening, especially when we come back to what we wrote after we do not feel that much emotionally charged, in sadness or anger, when we clear our head and then read what was bothering us. Sometimes we won't be able to read what we wrote without falling into tears again, and that will only signify that the theme that we touched, the subject matter, us still very much alive inside and still we will have to do some work. Yet, it is priceless how we can help ourselves by monitoring how we feel about certain matters. For this reason, to help myself completely heal, and to help others, who might have had similar life experiences, I'm preparing to analyze what I wrote down in years and to give a summary of what kind of traumatic event I was experiencing and how I'm changing situation by reprogramming my own mind. We can not choose what happened to us, but we can choose how we react and how we perceive the situation in the present. to do that, it takes to deal with guilt, shame, self-pity and unwillingness to suffer the pain the memories bring and so on and so far. We are very resistant to go more deeply into painful matters, yet, our everyday life is is subconsciously influenced by all we experienced, so if we have some bad memories, we will unconsciously experience those memories awakening situations in our present and we will still rel-live that pain as if it happened yesterday. One we heal from our past hurts and traumas, those situations do not manifest in our present anymore.
